Sickly Ft 890 (power output)

As in title, iv a very screwdrivered ft 890, lovely old rig but lots of internal issues, slowly get there, receive is now spot on with a non flashing display etc.. The fault im currently getting into is Rf output/ Alc problems, on 160m it’s 140watts output, Alc meter working fine get to 20m it’s down to 50watts and little Alc reading, get to 17meter we’re back up 110watts with a Alc reading?, get up to 10meters outputs now down to 20watts and no Alc reading!! Tried Carrying out a tx Alignment tho it’s made very little difference.. Any thoughts guys..
