The Alba CBM-1, I remember having one way way back in the 80's Vertical meter and sliding controls. Groovy :D You don't see a lot of them these days, That's probably a good thing :lol:

Those sliders are pain in the ass when broken. Nowhere to get replacement.

And more prone to dust / dirt ingress than the sealed rotary type, I liked it because ALBA used to be the name for scotland, :) Although it had the look of a DNT about it :problem:

I've got the M1 and M5 but sadly I don't think I've got the boxes for them IIRC. Harvard had a rebadged M5.

Adjusting the controls on the M1 isn't as easy with those sliders, but it's quite a cute radio ;)

Hopefully you can make them both out on the shrunken file pic' as it looks pixellated:
