My KL503 works perfectly on SSB. I have no issues like others reported.

It is indeed. You’d have to build a thermal reactive + adjustable bias into it
As the bias being low can obviously cause warble
Have included a image showing position of c34..may be of use?

cant say,the one i have was given as faulty(scrap) but allowed me to find out certain values of diodes ect-may try to fix it one day :)
