You could ask the repeater keeper?

He's listed on www.qrz.com

G4RZZ

It was suffering a lot of abuse and illegal operation. Ofcom took an eternity to do anything about it, so now it's shut down I wouldn't expect anything too soon.

...it's back... Just heard it - and can access it. Same signal, same ID yet no kerchunkers, filth or music (yet).

Give it time, there will be.
I can access EL on my drive home from work, but never bothered due to the numbnuts that frequented it.

Heard a rumour that EL was coming back a couple of weeks ago but I never expected it to happen!!

How long will it be before Chadwell Heath gives his opinions of the Met Police?

I wish they'd shut down GB7DW for good!
Will the next movie in the series be The Fast and The Funeral?

According to G7UZN, who I spoke to earlier, it was due to come back on a few week's ago but there was a tech issue to sort - fuses, as I recall.

Regarding "Met... Filth" - I thought I knew who the person was, but obviously you know different. Care to, ahem, point the finger ? By PM if you wish 8)
