Non Amateur DMR (Clear)

Just clicking on DMR signals on my SDR and came across this frequency just above 70cm
Is this a security/shopwatch frequency
440.???.???
Digits removed due to complainer/remoaner

Just don't post the Talkgroups or what's being said unless its to help ID them.
