it's not a case of what wires you have.
it's what the wires are doing in the mic end :)

not everyone wires the mics the same..

the radio is Uniden wired so easy to do with just three wires.
it depends what mic it is, and where the wires go in the mic.

assume

red is TX
black is RX
braid is earth
yellow is audio
blue is a second earth.

or totally different :)

If its a flat mic try
1 - Braid
2 - Yellow
3 - Red
4 - Black
You may be able to put the Blue on the same pin as the braid .

If its just a standard mic its easy to figure out which wire does what just by looking at the PTT switch, So a close up pic of the switch might help, Or configuration of the wiring can be worked out using a simple continuity tester.

Plug solder points facing you
Notch on bottom, starting bottom left ,I will call this pin 1,work round in a clockwise direction and finish opposite where you started . I will call this pin 4.
So... Notch on bottom, solder pins facing you .
Pin 1-Red
Pin 2--White
Pin 3-Blue
Pin 4- Screen
Think this is right.
Let me know either way ,regards Coppernob.
Edit ! Yellow not used(I Think)
