Re: New QSL card design
Ok, finally after months of waiting I can reveal that TM group will have some new cards in stock soon
Two designs have been sent away to our QSL printer for pricing up today
These are the initial two, there will be more - probably based upon Craig's designs.
I must thank M3POG for his help with these cards and the time he has taken to give me some inspiration. I've merely built upon his work, rendered them into high resolution print capable versions and done the technical stuff to get them into the correct formats for sending.
Here we have them...
The glowing world design:
The Limited Edition Olympic QSL:
Good stuff I hope
For members of TM group that want to make their own personal QSL cards I will release a package of logos, fonts and templates in the near future (honest Mr W) that we can all use. How you get them printed is up to you.
Once I have further information on costings I will publish this on the forum and on the group website.
Sorry it's been a long time coming but good things are worth waiting for

Re: New QSL card design
The Olympic design will be LIMITED EDITIONS and will only have one print-run, so buy early to avoid dissappointment!

Re: New QSL card design
The pack of 20 standard QSL cards and the pack of 50 have both been 'OUT OF STOCK' since I've been a member here.
With respect, maybe this should be addressed before spending energy on a new design?

Re: New QSL card design
The costs of printing and delivery are the same regardless of new or old design .. so we might as well have a new one
As we run the DX group voluntarily the only limiting factor is time here (and exchange rates!)

Re: New QSL card design
I realise and appreciate that TM1 is a labour of love, and with hosting and bandwidth charges the few that provide a meeting place for many are probably out of pocket by a considerable sum every year.
Maybe you could provide a copyright-free template that can be downloaded so that whilst the high quality cards are out of stock, we can print off our own?
[edit] removed the last part as I didn't realise this forum was viewable to non-members of TM1.
