Traffic heard on 135.625 - not heard this frequency in use before.

Ground heard suggesting coming from Kelsall

Traffic generally south of Manchester

Has this replaced 118.775 MHz, either temporary or on a permanent basis?

Radio Reference suggests London Mil East!

This might be an overload from 128.055. Using my SDR, I can see the overload from 128.055 appearing on 126.325. Just to make sure, I put the freq into my scanner, and I heard nothing on 126.325. If you're using an SDR, It's probably that.
