Hello from Middlesbrough.

Post by rowdy76 »

Morning all.

Just getting in to CB again. Got an Anytone Apollo 2 with inverted dipole in loft. Also got an Anytone 2m/70cm with x30 antenna in loft but waiting for my exam and callsign before I can use this.

Is there anybody still using CB in the Middlesbrough/North East area? Would be good to chat.

Thanks.

Hi and welcome to the group I am approximately 30 miles north of you and unfortunately I don't get on often enough but there is a bit of interest in net's on the cept/midband but they are using USB.
A sideband rig would be a better option

Hi.

Yes. I must invest in a SSB set. I will get on to that.

Thanks.
