But did he tell you what the channels are ?
In the past I have been offered 2nd hand Tetra radios with all the manufactures technical specs, but when i enquire about their programming details - frequencies, TG's, users etc things go rather quiet... I got the impression they thought they had got a bargain but soon found out they had an expensive paperweight and were trying to re-sell ..
