Not sure which is best to put this
I'm trying to program my Alliance HD1 but whenever I plug it into my computer it just won't have it saying CAN NOT OPEN COMMUNICATION PORT and then also says DEVICE NOT OPEN any ideas on hkw to fix this thanks all

In device manager show us your COM ports before and after plugging HD1 cable.
