Apologies for the extended downtime
It's a long story and on that doesn't really have anything to do with us... but more so our hosting company.
Basically our hosting company suffered a major outage of many websites due to their hosting platform managment system - this was caused by a third party contractor which inadvertently resulted in the deletion of thousands of accounts. These in turn, had to be restored from backups and they are still working through some issues which means our other sites such as tangomike.net and tm1.tech are still offline and I'm working with the hosts to restore these asap. Rather bizzarely our main domain was being redirected to a gas and plumbing company which I have to point out, has no connection with TM1 luckily that's stopped now but if you're still seeing it please try and clear your browser cache.
The last 48 hours have been a bit of a nightmare hoping that everything would come back online but there was little we could do to prevent this. Here's hoping that this is now resolved and our other sites wil be back online soon. Up until now we've been happy with our provider and moving from one host to another doesn't always guaratnee success or resilience as we've found over the years. Every host can have a bad day and I would hope they have learned lessons from the incident. They have been very good at communicating the problems and worked with me to help restore things so far.
So let's get back to it!
Happy Christmas from the TM1 team!

Re: We're Back Online!
Thank you. It's been a bit frustrating but now everything is back to normal after a few more tickets to our hosting company.
Things happen and I think although it was their fault they did work hard to put things right so I'm happy with the resolution. Just glad to have everything back!
