Anyone had any face to face dealings with them at the shop?
One person in ten understands binary, the other one doesn't.

Paid them a visit Saturday, really not much to look at in the shop but when asked were quick to find what I wanted. If I was more local than 250+ miles away I think they'd be a good go-to when needed.

Never used them, from what I've read elsewhere I'll stick with knights.
