Post by TerryJ1517 »

Greetings from Southern Oregon, I've been involved in radio for most of my adult life working as an RF engineer for Motorola International and AT&T Wireless. I now do it for a hobby, I just finished rebuilding a Kenwood TS-430s and I use a Sigma Venom 1/2 wave antenna for 11 meters.

Oregon's my favourite US state . In the early 90s my girlfriends' parents had a beach house there , and we used to drive down from Seattle . Beautiful scenery and people . I can't remember exactly where it was now . Saying that , it was 30 years ago . I'm lucky that I can still remember what I did yesterday :)

Oh . And welcome to the forum :)
