He said that L37 was replaced too. I'd maybe try disconnecting each one of the finals, one at a time to see how the radio performs on each 2312.

One year later, again a black faced Grant from France arrived with a burned L37. Seems to be a common issue with these Grants. I replaced L37 and Radio works fine again.
