Re: Anytone At6666 Service Mode
That's why some prefer to buy new,if in doubt right the values down before you muck about with any menu inside a radio if you don't know what your doing at least you have a reference point to go back to,not aimed at you mm3vee but other's might be stupid enough to alter a perfectly good working radio when there is no need to
Plenty are talking worldwide on 27.555 usb,
Some are too far up their own @rse to admit it,
Many happen to know otherwise dx-ing test free,
Showing a complete lack of respect for the law.

Would a factory reset not cure this?

Re: Anytone At6666 Service Mode
No factory reset wont reset the settings..
have only get the rx meter sensativity to fix...
the BF0 is now bang on was easy enuff
Its easy to get into this menu by misstake as some of the menus have strange names..
wish there was a service manual with the default for each setting..
A quastion for anyone on this ridio
would someone post the default value for
ch-10 SQUL36
ch-11 SQUL01
ch-ch12 SQFA36
ch-13 SQFA01
This seems like the sq
but seems to effect the signal meter on rx sensativity.
if i could get the defaults from another radio would same me lots of time...

Why would you think they'd improve things?
The reason there's a service menu on these is to allow you to adjust *FROM* defaults to improve things.

Just had a look see on my AT6666 and I have different values from you.
If its like the Lincoln 2 which it might or might not be good luck in getting the setting that applied to YOUR set.

Re: Anytone At6666 Service Mode
Did you found default values? or some meaning about that?
I have a problem with mine, when I transmit, my voice seems to be narrow and treble and other people can't clarify me well.

Re: Anytone At6666 Service Mode
Press menu and mode at the same time. You have now entered service mode. Channels 1-3 do nothing. Access channels 4-17 by selecting channel then push on the channel selection knob. Exit channel by pushing menu.
Ch 1-3 na
Ch 4 freq 498
Ch 5 frq off
Ch 6 bfo 0556
Ch 7 afr 0626
Ch 8 ctcss 0039
Ch 9 DC's 0027
Ch 10 squl36 0810
Ch 11 squlo1 0013
Ch 12 sqfa36 0015
Ch 13 sqfad1 0014
Ch 14 asqon 0112
Ch 15 asqoff 0267
Ch 16 asc 0587
Ch 17 rssitx 0612
Ch 18 na
Cycle power off then on to completely exit this mode.
I don't know if every radio is set the same so this is just a reference as to my personal settings. I have not messed with them and do not currently intend to.

Re: Anytone At6666 Service Mode
There are no default settings. Every radio has its own settings from the factory.

Re: Anytone At6666 Service Mode
I just wanted to see what the numbers look like on the 9900 compared to the anytone 6666.
I fully understand that each radio is unique to its own settings.
My ft897d has the same style of service menu.
Thanks
