Motorola MT6000e

Post by Shunt88 »

Hello all,

Can anyone help me out with the RSS for the HT6000e. I'm trying to program a pair of them, ex police with little success.
The radios are currently programmed to Air Cadet frequencies and I want to get them on 70cm. So far I've tries the GP900 and MT1000 software available from hackrussia. Both programs communicate with the radios but wont read or write, I get a message about it being the wrong model.

The radios might have had a custom codeplug, which is intended to prevent normal software reading it. You could try disabling the model check function of the software, you'll need to search for how to do it as I can't remember offhand. The information on how to implement this (and revert it) is Out There.
