To re cap I'm in West Cornwall & hope to contribute where I can.
I find as expect you do that many data bases including OFCOM are very out of date.
Certainly the DMR trunks Cap + & T3 listed local to me are way out of date location wise.
I think large users are located a channel list & use them as they will.
This happens when channels are allocated to a site & there is an interferrence problem, so a frequency from another site is used to fix the problem.
Much of the Cap+ chans are going over to T3, the old 1327 channels also.
The T3 channels around 154 are mostly encoded when i have listened.
Lots of DMR 449.3125 449.4 449.475 analogue too
455.4875 & 453.525 Fm ground relay worth a listen too.
So is radio scanning dead... I don't think so !
All we need now is for a manufactuer to product a radio with decent DMR decode.
SDS200e & DV1 quite grim however the old Icom R7000 & DSDPlus
