Yaesu ft 757 failure

Yaesu ft 757 failure
In the back of the Yaesu ft 757 there's a semiconductor in a to-220 package mounted on the back left side chassis plugged into a plug mounted on the chassis does anyone know what number transistor that is I can't seem to locate it in the service manual thank you very much radio enthusiast if anyone can help
