Hi has the latest firmware solved the drifting .the reason I ask is
I have just bought a DV10 and after reading all the threds on drifting
I do not know whether to return the radio .
I do really like the DV10 but I am a little concerned about the drifting

No the firmware update has not cured the drifting - it is a hardware problem..
But depending on your previous scanner experience and how you use the DV10 you might not even notice the problems.

Hi Mike thanks for your reply yes as for scanning I started back
In nineteen eighties with one of the first AOR 3000 costing over
£650 at the time and have had many scanners since ,that is the reason
For asking compared with my TXR1 I have the feeling it dose drift
So as you had answered my question I might send it back to the
Radio shop I have just bought it from. Thanks for the info.
