ARC125 PROBLEM HELP NEEDED
Having loaded ARC125 on to my UBC125XLT scanner i cannot get it to run ,i get keypad locked and i cannot get the software to reconise the scanner also it said i need drivers ?? CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE.

Was it you who contacted me about getting my Scan125 program to work. I did respond but have heard nothing from you since.
Both Scan125 and ARC125 require the appropriate driver to be installed. For Scan125 I have detailed instructions on how to do this in the User Manual (both online/web site and supplied in the software download file). My website also has the required driver that can be downloaded.
If it was not you who contacted me then you may wish to try Scan125 and I'll help you (even phone call you if required). Nick.
