Nearest shop with aluminium pipes. Buy as much as you need.
You won't hear lack of one radial in that case.

With 15 still there, nothing changes as long as you have at least 3 radials left :)

That's not good, I had a couple of posts up about sirio antennas tips those who have noted issues in materials like screws heads breaking off .May be a good idea to consider better quality self tappers and look online for tips in setting the antenna up. I think we can already note a issue with radial quality.

Note - the use of a 4ft long monkey wrench to tighten up your radials may be akin to using a sledgehammer to crack open a nut ;)

Nope not guilty..Honest. Tightened by hand with a quick tweak of the open ended spanner !

To be honest the antenna was bought used a good while ago and although it had only been up six months and in decent condition suppose these things can happen at any time. Overall I am more than happy with build quality. Have secured both joints and new screw heads with both self amalgamating tape and quality tape to help with insulation and to prevent screws comming loose thru time.

I suppose with the wind hitting the legs and causing them to wiggle a bit, that they may suffer a little from metal fatigue, but not that much!

I think you can buy replacement legs (sure I've seen 827 ones for sale at least) and you may be able to drill out the fixing a bit and then use a reverse thread bolt extractor. I've got a cheap set I bought from Aldi or Lidl years back.

Or...not bother...or, remove every other leg so you'll be left with 8 uniform ones ;)

Thanks buddy, actually contacted Knights cb to ask if they sold replacment radials for the 2012 / 2016 but unfortunately not said they had tried to get them with no joy. Was mainly just to satisfy my OCD knowing one was missing !

Like the idea of removing every other leg to even things up !!!

...and as a bonus, you'll then have SEVEN spare legs, just in case any really fat pigeons DO actually sit on it and break one :)

Just ensure that if removing the legs leaves a hole in the base that water could get into, fill them up with clear silicone sealant. If they don't go anywhere, no need to bother.

Okay thanks buddy good tip regards the hole left with the missing radial, the threaded but of the element is still within the base as that’s where it snapped of but great tip will just make sure that area is watertight .
