Cheers Dave . Yeah . Postage was £30 (6Kgs) from France , but I figured what the hell . The GRANT doesn't power up , but I'm assuming (hoping !) that's it's an easy fix . The EL305s in the BV135 light up (untested) . To be honest I like these kinds of job lots . I'm heading back home to Spain in a couple of weeks , so I'll add these to the others that I've got to repair :)
The Grant looks pretty tidy, so I'm sure you won't lose out mate.
Did you have them sent directly to Spain Sammy, or have you got to try and fit them all in your suitcase on the flight back from the UK? :)

No. I won't lose anything Dave. I got them sent to Spain. No point in messing about with VAT crap.

I bought myself (I don't quite know why yet, just thought it was cheap) a 99% mint Galaxy echo beep base mic' , the same as the Sadelta ones. However the PTT bar sticks down (not "locked", just sticks) so I need to take it apart and have a mooch inside at the weekend. If you push the back of the PTT bar it pops up again, just not of its own accord. It'll have to go back otherwise...seller is aware.

Hello

I've never heard the word "Homologation" in the 21 years I've been on this planet, hopefully it's not a rude one

I haven't bought anything CB-related for a while now (because most of the stuff on ebay is utter crap), but I did spend £33 collected locally on 3 working power supplies (3 amp Bremi, 5 amp Babcock and 5-7amp Pan International), a mint-looking 007 mic' and 2 pairs of brand new 3ft heavy-duty T&K brackets.

Sadly, the 007 mic' didn't work (could only get very quiet audio at best) and taking it apart, I found the common/braid wire is literally disintegrating in various places. Patching it up made no difference though so that's a real shame as it's the main thing I was after. Every 007 mic' I ever buy seems to be buggered! If anyone's got a FULLY WORKING one for sale, let me know ;)

Today I bought a Harvard sos h-469.
I don't think these were very popular probably due to it only having 3 channels.

That looks tidy Dave and you don't see as many of those compared to the Maxcoms etc. Like you say, shame it doesn't have more channels seeing as it wouldn't have cost them much more to have put them in it.
