Scanning radio frequencies for Scotland

I am using SDR Sharp with dsd plus, I can see there is DMR being used on 453.825 but there is no voice is only showing as data on cc7, I can hear every other DMR just not this frequency, has anyone been able to hear it ?

It could be just that, straight up data.. I have plenty of DMR Repeaters which spit out data. Try hooking up LRRP.exe (contained in the DSD+ folder) as it might be some location data, if it is you should see them pop up on a map.
