Good morning. Hope you are well. Get in touch with Graham at Microchipz. He'll be able to help you out with that. He's also on Facebook.
The boards he sells are just what your Jackson needs. Check out his YouTube channel as well. A video is available on there regarding a 6 band Jackson

Think they're about £23 + postage . They're at the bottom of this link .

Thanks for that but £23 plus postage is a bit much considering no one really uses 27/81.

If nobody really uses it , then why do you want a board for it ?

Anyway . You won't find anything much cheaper . You could always get a hold of an Eprom and do one yourself .

You've got the whole 27/81 band available on your Jackson anyway with the +10 and Coarse .

A few reasons first correct channel display and second sell on you get more money and more people wanna buy it. Tell us how you do the mod if it's as easy as you say ? Another thing i forgot to say is this mod you lose a whole band of channels.

Fitting? Watch this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ogkIT1SsYuE

Lose a band? Only used for top UK channels and 10m morse so no great loss then, and get UK 1-40 instead, much more useful.

My Jackson has the eprom board, a lot harder to fit.

That's the type I have in mine, it is a spectrum board, fitted before I bought the radio, but mine's a 5 band, they do come with instuctions though. If unsure, message them and ask.

Then again, you're only saving a few quid and got yourself a lot of wiring.

Might be helpful if you let us know how much you're willing to pay?

I have had a few Jacksons and never bothered with the UK Eprom. It is easy enough to use on Uk channels by turning the coarse tune to get onto frequency and then selecting the equivalent Hi or Super high channel. Most people are on UK 19 anyway, which is Hi band channel 33.
