Hi, my name is John. First radio was an Amstrad CB back in 81, social media 80s style! Bought an AOR scanner but then life moved on and only now starting to explore radio as a hobby again. Bought a yaesu ft-710 and been listening to ham bands for past 6 months, I will take my foundation when I finally get to book an online test. But CB looks interesting and I’m gonna buy a dedicated rig very soon and test these waters.
