Option 5 is probably listed as the wrong country, "AM" = Australia Marine, not Austria :lol:

AU is Austria in that option - Didn't have a clue what AM was for as it is such a strange set of frequencies.

They are the Australia only small craft marine allocation. Not used anywhere else in the world.

27.6800 Ch 68 – Commercial calling and working
27.7200 Ch 72 – Professional fishing calling and working (ship-shore)
27.8200 Ch 82 – Professional fishing calling and working (ship-ship)
27.8600 Ch 86 – Supplementary distress, safety and calling
27.8800 Ch 88 – Distress, safety and calling
27.9000 Ch 90 – Non-commercial calling, Licensed public use and working (ship-shore)
27.9100 Ch 91 – Non-commercial calling, Licensed public use and working (ship-shore)
27.9400 Ch 94 – Non-commercial calling, Licensed public use, club events and working (ship-ship)
27.9600 Ch 96 – Non-commercial calling, Licensed public use (ship-ship)
27.9800 Ch 98 – Rescue organisations, e.g. surf rescue, volunteer coast guard

Since the pni escort hp 82 comes with the car adaptor and is slightly cheaper.
Is the thunderpole tx worth it ?
