Can anyone recommend a rig for me
Has to be a multi mode and under £250.
Not interested in oldschool rigs like cobra 148's i've had them all before. Looking for something new on the market but something good.

I chose the 9900 over a 6900 for size mobile. Also more power, better mic and smooth clarifier as the 6900 has a clicky clarifier.LondonCbRadio wrote: ↑17 Mar 2023, 15:48 Thanks it looks like that one or 7900 not sure yet which is better ?
If the 7900 has same power and if it's for home base it might be a better option.
I like the meters display but not the mic connection.

CRT SS 7900V Turbo looks ok, does 25 to 30mhz and has some bells and whistles.LondonCbRadio wrote: ↑17 Mar 2023, 11:46 Has to be a multi mode and under £250.

This and others like can be programmed with the CB frequencies you want via a usb lead plugged into a pc / laptop, or a shop can do it pre programmed with what you want if buying from one.
Have butchers on YouTube at it and others like. TM1 did a review on this radio also - check it out.....
