And Allso wondering if any radio amateurs operate work there transceiver set from a garden

Are you meaning antennas for the garden? perhaps give us a layout so we can recommend. I have been in contact with a few stations in Honk Kong recently. Both were working from their apartments in apartment blocks with a mixture of long wires around their flat or mobile antennas on their balconies. So you can work anywhere, but sometimes you'll need to make compromises

I have my antennas in the garden 1/2 size G5RV and a doublet.
I know several folk who have their shack in the the garden shed.
