Callsign request pending?

Hi Folks.
Back on CB after a loooong absence. I have had quite a few contacts that have asked me for my callsign, so I thought I best get one!
Have posted a callsign request on 'Tango Mike membership requests 2018' so hoping it gets confirmed soon and I can start using it.
Can any tell me how I can get it confirmed?
