what about a mini DV27 with the 1/4 watt setting... or a 3 ft firestick type ant...

I,d keep an eye out on the local car-boots...

I know with 4 watts car to car you can get a lot of distortiion...

Just done a car boot this morning,didn't see any cb gear at all In fact I never do!

Well what can I say guys, thanks for pointing out some really nice little antennas that I didnt even know existed!
I'll just have to decide which one to get!
