up to date freq list ???

Often see lists on ebay off so called bang up to date scanner freq guides, anyone recommend one that is up to date and covers Scotland ? anyone got such a list ? got the old scanner directory which is many years old now !!

I wouldn't waste time or money on books that are 'up to date'. Some users are going to DMR, locally here Saltcoats shopwatch have had 3 frequencies in the past year, plus dropped from having the pubs / shops on same frequency different tone.
