That's a common shop watch freq and 'BMS' is normally building management system so I am going to guess an automated alarm for the local shopping centre?

That has to be intu then in Derby, but nobody answers it, is it like an alert to all managers or something?

BMS Systems monitor heating, ventilation and other system so I would have thought this alert would be for a maintenance
department. Could be anything from a blocked filter, failed pump, sensor and so on.

I'm almost shure Its The Royal Derby Hospital BMS System , It automatically calls the engineers when an alarm is triggered.

Yes ive seen it , The alarm isnt from the old DRI though its from the "New" Royal Derby Hospital (on the old derby city hospital site ) , and the alarm never gets answered over the air because its automatically generated by the BMS computer , its a prompt for the engineers to check the BMS computer to see what the problem is.
Cheers

I have heard that message on the above frequency.

Some time ago I was walking through The Royal Derby Hospital when the radio of a hospital employee received the same message. Needless to say I did not know the frequency.
