1265.75000

Post by expansionlink »

I have picked up a repetitively played piece of music on 1265.75000. Does anybody know what this frequency is and why are they playing this music. Usually heard about 9pm but might be played at other times.

If it's a genuine signal at that 1.2GHz frequency then it's in the amateur band, but it could also be breakthrough from a totally different frequency. Does it sound like shortwave radio, by any chance? Fading in and out at all?

No, it doesn't sound like shortwave; doesn't fade in or out. Will keep listening and if I discover anything I'll let you all know. Cheers.
