I'm in West Lothian, not had a chance to listen as have been busy. The PMR channels have activity, but depends on how far you are from the source. I'll check in later when I've had a chance to listen.

West Lothian is a big place can you narrow it down a bit? On a motorway it can be from Harthill, through Livingston or Broxburn to the edge of the River Forth which is bordering Fife. You also need to tell us what you are listening with.
