Not sure if anyone played with internet linking on 446 but some time ago I set one up which worked well and later used CB radio to do the same. I always had it set to link to Australia but cannot remember what it was. There was a another version of the software for Ham use where you needed a Ham call.
Any ideas ?
Whats was the internet linking software for 446 mhz Called

The main ham one is Echolink. They will only let you do RF linking if you're a Full licence though, despite the Ofcom licence conditions allowing any licence class to do this (Foundation link power limit is 500mW though). I tried explaining this to the Echolink mods, but I think either them or their hearing aid battery was dead (possibly both!!).
The non-ham ones are FRN, Zello, there are probably others too.

Sounds like the 446 version of eQSO that 446user ran back in the day
