I hate to burst your bubble sickboy mate,but the boy racers now arn't driving around in souped up Corsa & Clios , where I work on a retail park in North London at the weekend's the carparks are over run with loads of cars ie: Fast and Furious style stuff and most are driving AMG Mercs ,M3 BMWs, or High tech Japanese stuff , and there more interested in how to make the faster and don't want to start drilling holes in there expensive cars for antennas for cb radios ,infact I have seen some use PMR radios but they only use those for look out warnings for the police for when there drifting or racing so the don't get caught , there not interested in anything like old CB Radio I know cos one of my son's goes to the car meets and he always says to me (jokingly)if he sees me on my radio "look dads on his old time ancient radio again" lol,infact one of his mates saw my radio equipment once and said to my son I didnt know your dad ran a pirate radio station what music does he play {bnghd}

I read yesterday on another forum (sorry for that) that Radiozing have shut down according to post I read it said " I was speaking to the person who does work for Radiozing and he got told they are no longer at their premises and doesn't know if Simon is selling anything on line but if he is it's only leftovers", so it looks another one bites the dust

It's not a crime to peruse 'other websites'..... everyone enjoys a bit of blue from time to time, though quite why they're discussing Radiozing on xhamster is a mystery :-P :lol:

sickboy wrote: 26 Apr 2018, 09:59 I often feel that if the young boy racer, driving their souped-up Clio or Corsa around found out about CB, that there could well be a revival. If one of the dealers started advertising in the performance car mags, or set up a stand at one of the "meets" these guys have it might introduce a new generation. Especially with the law clamping down on mobile phone use while driving.
The V Dub boys like CB, they buy it and use it for traveling to their meets.

I see Safety-Site mentioned here. Anyone else noted that all their thousands of Sharman CB related products have disappeared from both eBay and Amazon?

There is no such thing as a Fidelity 1000 which is too good to scrap.

I would have thought the brand name still held some heft..... I'd buy their brand over a Chinese one every day of the week.

...I know I know, they're probably re-badged chinese things anyway, but ya know....... :lol:

For those that are interested.
Checked the RadioZing website, and it looks as if (sadly) no long exists.
Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site.

We can’t connect to the server at www.radiozing.co.uk.
If that address is correct

For those are not interested.
Consider not reading the above.

It seems that no company or business is safe these days no matter how big the name.
