No good has to be V3.1 and for the CRT 6900 as any other V3.1 dat is no good.
It loads into the CRT software but when you come to programming the radio it just say wrong version arrrgggg
The 'Superstar' CRT versions have a different software (Superstar requested it from Qixiang)... so it is normal to find the .dat files of others don't load. There's a wealth of 5555 info on the Charlie Tango forum BTW.
Ugs
there are too dat files one i made is 6x40 channels from s low to s high and uk fm
and the other is 6x60 channels from ss low to sss high and uk 40 fm.
These will only work on the CRT 6900 V 3.1
hope this helps others
if you cannot download them from here pm me your email and i will email them to you.
I have painfully written the data files for the Superstar 6900N for Bands A to F with the following frequencies
BAND A: 26.065 to 26.505
BAND B: 26.515 to 26.955
BAND C: 26.965 to 27.405
BAND D: 27.415 to 27.855
BAND E: 27.865 to 28.305
BAND F: 27.601 to 27.991
When i was doing them i was checking the frequency charts and found that the frequencies didnt match the channel numbers on some, so i have written them in the correct order. I.E one channel would say 555 and the next higher channel would say 135. I couldnt understand this. If anyone understands what i mean then u will know, lol. I have saved the 6900N data fikes to hard drive as i will be needing it to re program my radio.

You know if you turn off the Radio hold the Func button and the S/RF button down together and turn on the radio (Awkward but dooable) you can choose the band (1 or 2) with the channel change knob then press and hold the Func key till you see "rEnd" on the display then turn off your radio you will see the bands have changed to the default dat file data.
