dunfermline security company ?

Guys there's a mobile security company operating out off a private address in Dunfermline, known as k9 response. several fully sticker up estate cars for carrying the dogs. passed one off there cars earlier today and noticed they have two mobile radios within the cab and what looks like a VHF whip roof mounted. anyone have the freq or help me locate it with the use off the WTR search ? never seem to have much luck with any off my searches on the WTR !!

Some strange freqs amongst the ones allocated ? is this just a list off freqs they can use or what ?? 49 mhz etc ?
