I picked this signal up on 7.053Mhz last night and haven't a clue as to what it is :? Video link here

I'm guessing that it's some sort of data mode going by the bursts that appear between the sweeping tones but isn't like anything that I've usually heard before. It seemed to stop not long after I managed to do a recording of it and started again on 7.055Mhz but was not as strong as the original signal and was being drowned out by other stations on the same frequency.

Thanks for the info. I didn't realise HAARP were still up and running as I thought the HAARP program had been closed down last year. :?
