Open the radio.

With the radio upside down and front facing towards you.

You will see a cable which runs from the back right hand side of the radio to the front right hand side. At the end of the cable a 4 pin connector goes to the board.

Remove the cable from the connector at the front of the radio.

The anytone connector only has 3 pins and it connects to the 4 pin connector in such a way that the pin nearest the front of the radio isn't used.

I think you have to save each one of the UK 40 separately to get the 125 on the end of the frequency . My mate is allways programing these Anytone types and he said they wont program en block .

The DR-135 doesn't work in the same way as the AT-5555 in terms of manual programming.

On the AT-5555 if you change the frequency manually the radio will remember it when you leave the channel and go back and it only affects one channel at a time.

On the DR-135, if you adjust the frequency up to end in 5 manually, the radio will go up by that 5 on every channel, even on different banks.

I just left mine with the channels ending in 20 as it was less hassle and I couldn't tell any difference anyway.

When entering frequencies in the software, I couldn't see a way of populating a list and a simple cut & paste was not possible either.
I had to enter each one separately.
Very basic and looooong winded software, unless there is a short cut?.

Initial setting population is ok if you want to start at a frequency governed by the software.
It doesn't seem like you can customise this in anyway.

What frequencies did the dat file cover?
Was the radio in band 1 or band 2 mode?

Try rewriting the file to the radio.

You obviously saved an original copy from your rig before you started playing, didn't you? And then you just load that file back up.

Oh, you jumped straight in without saving a copy and now you've royally fcked it up?

If all else fails, turn the radio off.
Hold FUNC and SCAN at the same time and power on the radio.
Let go of FUNC and SCAN and RES should appear in the display.
Turn the radio off and back on.
