York station frequency 453.550 MHZ also used by a lot of other train stations.

Also heard em on 460.05.

Couldn't tell you. I've just heard it when close to the station. I think 453.55 is the platform handies but I don't know what this one is for.

460.050 is the input freq for 453.550. Most large station use dual mode but at smaller stations 453.550 and 460.050 are used as single freqs along with the other common freqs. Analogue still dominant but digi making inroads.
