The Dakota is a 30's plane... However the BBMF covers a multitude of sins... Invaluable Tail wheel currency, ground crew transport an stand in display airframe....

Having a Mossie would not be in the spirit of things...

The Dak was not used by the RAF untill 1942 ish.
