RADIO FREQUENCIES IN WHITLEY BAY / TYNEMOUTH AREAS

Does anybody have an updated list of radio frequencies which I could pick up from Whitley Bay or Tynemouth

I bought a Icom IC R5 scanner, but have only 4 frequencies with anything on

124.375
156
156.6

Surely there must be more than that
