hearing irish workers on pmr 1 and 8 Teesside

Iv been hearing these over the last 3 weeks. Just one irish guy giving out what sound like crane lifting instructions. But he is transmitting/bleeding over 2 channels. Also i hear the transmissions all over stockton and middlesbrough.

He'll be using an imported high-powered handie, probably not quite on-frequency of pmr 446. It's a common problem these days matie.
