Just an idea, any thoughts on using a couple of Atas antennas to construct a diploe.
Had a look on the net and there are screw driver dipoles out there, which got me thinking.
Anyone ever tried anything like this before?

I haven't made one, but can't see why it wouldn't work, you would in effect have a variable trap dipole, of course, no where near as good as a full size, and more expensive too.

Just had an email back froma company in th USA that make screwdriver dipoles.

Yes, couple them together and try to tune them in parallel, hoping that they stay in sync.
