Jeez. Why don't they just force everyone to hand in their phones before the exam - or would that be against their 'human rights'?
This government has done some really stupid things, but the most stupid of all was the Human Rights Act. Since they brought in this Utopian bilge, we've seen our police force reduced to a kind of social service (which has to fetch burgers and Cokes for rooftop criminals) and our country over-run by all sorts of undesirables from the four corners of the world. Oops.

They need to legalise (assuming they are illegal) the use of mobile phone blockers for certain applicable circumstances, such as libraries, blast areas, places of worship etc etc.

That would cure the problem.

I agree though, all this red tape nonsense and political correctness has gone waaaay to far. Nobody has the power to do anything as it's become that pedantic...
