Could some kind Nato 2000 owner have a look at the wire located on the expansion/beep board [Marked in red square in attached image] and trace it back to where it goes please.

Done now, It was the beep audio output wire, But beep was feed backing through speaker, Q603 was blown so there was no delay to the relay, Which would explain why the wire was cut off.
Schematic never seems to include the Expansion/Beep board as it was only the Nato 2000 that had it.

Glad you got it sorted Nick. I was all set to take mine off the shelf and take the cases off for you over the weekend. I can relax again now as I'm not feeling too good at all and I wasn't looking forward to a trip up into the loft
