Zetagi c57 frequency counter

Hi..

Iv a Zetagi c57 freq counter, someone has removed the phono low input test connector on the rear, has anyone got a internal pic of the c57 showing it’s connection points to the board so I can reinstate it or can I make a test lead up for one of the so239 sockets on the back, Would these work as a low test Input?
