Superstar 360 (Stealth?)
This is one with the circuit board with 4 transistors, a small relay, missing the cover, and a lot of spaghetti wiring.
There is also what appears to be a PIC, and just for good measure 5 wires just floating about inside.
It does channelise from 1-40 UK, but nothing else.

Have you tried putting a shorted jack plug into either the CW or extention speaker socket to unlock the radio? The UK and multi band/mode operation should then be switchable on the tone switch.
